A dimly lit attic. On a bench a small, beautiful old woman in her twilight years; held by delicate threads. She is being animated with great concentration and virtuosity. In twelve real-time minutes she glides with wide outstreched arms from the darkness through memory out into time. This intimate miniature about old age and the fear of it is like a heartbeat, the blink of an eye, a clock striking the hour or like an embrace.
